A transformational retreat for people seeking deeper self-connection through yoga, meditation, mindfulness and immersive water-based experiences.
February 21 – 27, 2027 • Roatan, Honduras

We live in a world that never seems to stop and most of us live with minds that never stop either so it makes sense if you feel:
Life doesn't come with natural stopping points.
There is always another email to answer, decision to make, problem to solve, person to care for, or responsibility waiting for us. And the longer we simply keep going, the easier it becomes to lose touch with ourselves—to feel depleted, restless, disconnected, or uncertain about what we are moving toward.
Even when we take a vacation, we don't necessarily leave the noise behind. There are still plans to make, logistics to manage, family dynamics to navigate. And sometimes, while our bodies are sitting on a beach, our minds are still racing.
What if what we really need isn't simply time away, but space to truly step away?
Space to stop doing.
Space to listen.
Space to reconnect with ourselves, with others, and with the questions that matter.
That is the space a retreat creates.
Dive Deep is designed as an immersive experience that:
For a full week, from Sunday to Saturday,
Return to your life feeling renewed and restored.
Putting this retreat into words is almost impossible. As a mom, it was nice to feel seen and cared for. I was pushed way outside my comfort zone in such a loving environment. We got to spend five days in paradise, wake up to daily yoga, visit with the locals, have three amazing meals a day that I didn't have to plan or cook, and I met some really cool people. And what can I say about Camp Bay Lodge … Simply Perfect!Karen
This is an all-inclusive retreat experience.
In other words…The retreat taught me how to better get in touch with my soul.Sarah

A different way to go deeper
Dive Deep is unlike other retreats because we bring together practices that are often experienced separately—yoga, meditation, mindfulness, and the underwater world—and invite you to experience them both on land and beneath the surface.
Most of us practice yoga and meditation on land. But water offers something uniquely powerful.
Immersed in warm, crystal-clear water, the outside world begins to fade. Sound is softened. Movement slows. The body becomes supported and weightless. Attention naturally turns inward, and the rhythm of the breath becomes more pronounced. In this environment, it can become easier to quiet the noise, settle the body, and experience a deeper sense of presence.

And then something unexpected happens: people who have spent years believing they simply “can't meditate” discover that they can.
Our underwater meditation practice has helped many people access an extraordinary experience of calm and stillness—often for the first time. What may have felt difficult or elusive on land can become surprisingly accessible when experienced underwater, in a safe, guided, and deeply supportive environment.

But the goal isn't simply to create a beautiful moment underwater.
It is to help you embody the practice.
At Dive Deep, you experience yoga, meditation, mindfulness, breath, and stillness not just as concepts, but as something you can feel—in your body, your mind, and your nervous system. You experience them on land and in water, in movement and in stillness, in solitude and in community.
And when you return home, you don't leave those practices behind.
You leave with a deeper understanding of what calm actually feels like, greater confidence in your ability to access it, and practical practices you can bring into your everyday life.
You don't simply learn how to go deeper. You experience what it feels like to live from a deeper place.
I loved going under water with Lisa, Adina & Tiffany. I felt so safe and they made my scuba experience breathtaking!Gabby

Adina is an Executive and Life Coach, Open-Water Scuba Instructor (OWSI), 200-hour RYT Yoga Instructor, and is unwaveringly committed to personal growth and development. Adina has been leading group workshops and trainings for over 25 years and is thrilled to be fulfilling a long-term dream of linking her passions for yoga, meditation, coaching, and underwater experiences to create an entirely new and unique transformational retreat.
Lisa is a 1200 hour Baptiste certified Yoga Instructor and 500 E-RYT that is passionate about sharing the tools of yoga and meditation as an access to healing and self discovery. She has over 25 years of teaching experience, has led many yoga teacher trainings, as well as personal wellness programs. An experienced scuba diver, Lisa is thrilled to share the innate mindfulness of scuba, in connection to yoga and meditation practices to provide participants with a truly groundbreaking retreat experience.
We met in the early morning hours at a departure gate at Newark Airport, waiting to board a flight to Bonaire.
Adina was headed to the island to teach scuba diving. Lisa and her husband were on their way to experience this magical new sport they had recently discovered.
As chance would have it, we landed next to each other—and started talking.
Within minutes, we discovered just how much we had in common. We had both been yogis for many years. We were both captivated by the beauty and mystery of the underwater world. And perhaps most importantly, we had both arrived at a moment in our lives when we were ready—and available—to create something new.
There was an immediate sense of possibility.
Before we had even boarded the plane, we were already imagining what might happen if we brought these worlds together. We floated the idea of creating retreats that would invite people to go inward through yoga, meditation, and mindfulness—and outward, into the extraordinary experience of the underwater world.
We didn't know exactly what it would become.
We just knew there was something there worth exploring.
And sometimes, that's how the best things begin.
But why a retreat?
Because sometimes, to truly hear what is calling us forward, we have to step away from the noise.
We know the power of retreat because we have experienced it ourselves. When we step outside the demands, distractions, and rhythms of everyday life, something shifts. There is room to breathe. Room to listen. Room to see ourselves, our lives, and what is possible with fresh eyes.
A retreat creates the space to slow down enough to hear the quieter voice within—to reconnect with what matters, release what no longer serves us, and become open to new possibilities. It is a chance to restore not only our energy, but our sense of perspective, purpose, and possibility.
From the beginning, we imagined Dive Deep as something more than a retreat.
Having spent years creating spaces for personal growth and transformation—Adina as a life and executive coach and Lisa as a yogi—we wondered what could happen if we brought together the practices that help us go inward with the extraordinary experience of going underwater.
Yoga. Meditation. Mindfulness. Breath. Stillness. Nature. And the profound experience of becoming weightless beneath the surface.
The result is an experience designed to take you deeper—not simply away from your everyday life, but into yourself.
Our first retreat in 2025 showed us just how powerful that experience could be.
Most of our participants knew us in some way. But none of them really knew what they were walking into. And perhaps that was part of the magic. From the very first day, something began to unfold.
The magic took many forms.
It was the pride and confidence on people's faces after they did something they never imagined they would—or could—do.
It was the community that formed among people who arrived as strangers and left feeling deeply connected.
It was the look of wonder on the faces of those emerging from the underwater experiences, amazed that something they may have imagined as intimidating could feel so peaceful, calming, and beautiful.
It was the person who experienced meditation for the first time and left believing, perhaps for the first time, that meditation was something they could actually make part of their life.
And it was the way the beauty of our paradise-like setting, together with the extraordinary kindness of the venue and its staff, created a sense of being completely held, cared for, and able to simply be.
These moments weren't on an itinerary. They couldn't have been.
And yet, they were the heart of the experience.
Then, on the final day, as we prepared to settle into our last yoga practice together, a double rainbow appeared across the sky.
We hadn't planned it. We couldn't have.
And somehow, it felt like the perfect ending.
A reminder that when we create the space to pause, to listen, to go beneath the surface, and to become fully present to the moment, we become available to experiences we could never have imagined.
That is why we retreat.
That is why we Dive Deep.
An openness to exploring on the mat is all that is required, Lisa (our incredibly talented yogi and yoga instructor) runs sessions that support both beginning and advanced yogis. And if all you do is lie on your mat listening to the sounds of the ocean, that is wonderful too!
This is your retreat and you choose your adventure. With that said, this retreat takes place on a gorgeous island with pristine beaches and clear water… it will call to you! But, of course, it is always your choice. Our signature underwater meditation experience is offered both in a pool setting and in the ocean. Attendees can choose to participate in the pool experience only or explore both options. If someone is unable to use the scuba equipment for meditation for any reason, we also offer snorkeling meditation options.
No. Roughly half of our participants will be certified divers and half will not have any diving experience at all. None is required. We offer a Discover Scuba experience that provides basic instruction in the use of the scuba (self contained underwater breathing apparatus) so everyone can participate in the underwater meditation (pool or ocean), but no experience is required for this either… just willingness.
No. There is no point at which being a strong swimmer is necessary. If you choose to go on our snorkeling excursions, all participants are supported in buoyancy by a wetsuit. We also provide swimming noodles for participants who wish to have them. Whenever we are in the open water, you will be accompanied by a team of Scuba Diving professionals and you will be matched with a buddy.
You will receive a detailed packing list with all the things you would think to bring on a beach vacation. Additionally, we highly recommend everyone bring a set with mask, fins and snorkel. While we can provide these items, most people feel more comfortable having their own. Our scuba gear specialist can help you with this once you register.
Many of our participants come alone. This retreat supports solo travelers, couples, and even parent-child teams! The maximum number of participants on this retreat is 15 and we quickly become a close community of retreaters. You can choose alone time as part of your retreat, but you will not ever feel lonely or alone.
Underwater meditation is truly unique in that it allows you to access an unparalleled experience of calm and inner connection. Many people share that they struggle to meditate because their mind doesn't stop or they are easily distracted. Everything changes under water. In this environment, there is no distraction and the only audible sound is that of your breathing. While underwater, you are physically held by a Scuba Pro so you are free to close your eyes, feel the sandy bottom beneath you, enjoy the sensation of the water gently rocking you, and lose yourself in the sound of your breath. It is magical.
Yes. While you may see travel alerts for Honduras, Roatan is an island separate from the mainland of Honduras and is primarily a tourist destination. As soon as you land and pass through Passport Control and Baggage Claim, you will be met by our driver who will bring you directly to Camp Bay Lodge (unless you request a stop to a local market to stock up on goodies). Once at Camp Bay Lodge, we remain in our own little paradise oasis and travel only to the pool up the street or by boat on our excursions. Additionally, Camp Bay Lodge is reserved exclusively for our group for the week. The only other people you will see are a few other tourists who come to the restaurant for lunch.
Your retreat experience is fully inclusive, including gratuities. The only additional costs are airfare, massages (if you choose one), alcoholic drinks, and any between meal snacks that are not part of our 3-meal per day meal service. Juice and water are always available. Additionally, certified scuba divers will be able to register for additional dives beyond the underwater meditation. These dives cost extra.
We strongly recommend travel insurance. Your registration fee for this experience is non-refundable. Given the size of the retreat and the costs involved, we cannot offer refunds. Please reach out to us if you would like more information on securing trip insurance.
Yes. The kitchen at Camp Bay Lodge has skilfully accommodated all dietary needs. You only need to let us know what your needs are.
