May 13, 2016 – What Would You Do If You Weren’t Afraid with Henry Yampolsky
What do you do when you have everything you were ever supposed to want and then discover that none of it is making you happy?
In this episode, Jodi and Adina speak with Henry Yampolsky, an immigrant from the Ukraine, who came to America and set out to fulfill the American dream for the child of an immigrant family. However, as soon as he checked off all the ‘American Dream success boxes,’ he felt empty. None if it made him happy.
At the right time, Henry met Anand Mehrotra, a spiritual teacher, yogi, and founder of Sattva Yoga who asked him the question: What would you do if you were not afraid? Henry could have turned away from the question and continued on the path well traveled, but he paused and allowed himself to absorb the power of this question.
Listen in as we travel with Henry on his journey of exploring this Game Changing Question.
As always, we would love to receive your feedback and comments.
