How Humble Are Your Connections?

This past week I was in Costa Rica and had the humbling experience of not having the words to be able to communicate effectively with native speakers whose language is different from my own. There is so much to learn from this space of feeling humbled. On this week’s episode of Wonder Your Way to Brilliant I get curious about what it would mean to bring this level of humility into our everyday communications? What might we do better if we did not assume that someone who shares common vocabulary actually understands us or we them?
